We do not print Identity Cards for large store client without an authorization letter. We also do not print any Government ID Cards / PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License etc.

What is the best way to place my order ?
We have several ways to place your order like web , e-mail or whatsapp.
Can I make a change to my order ?
Yes, but contact us as soon as possible ! We understand that mistakes happen and if you catch any error, you can reply directly to your order confirmation e-mail with change and we will make sure it is applied. Keep in mind, we are FAST. So if your order has already been personalized, an order change may be subject to a fee or require a new order to be place.
How many days will it take for the delivery of the products ?
As almost all the products are personalised, it generally takes 5-7 business days to deliver. The time varies from product to product and the city of the delivery of the products.
Would we get a preview of the design / artwork before production begins?
Yes, we have a dedicated team of designers to do the artwork for your contents. They will share the design with you and will take your approval before finally starting production.
Can we visit and order directly from the outlet?
Yes, you can directly visit our office and place your order.
Would the size of the product be same as mentioned on the website?
Yes, 99% of the cases the size will be the same, especially for the trophies / mementoes the sizes might vary from 0.5-1 inches. These are handcrafted products so the consistency might get affected sometimes in the course of production.
Will the products reach to me safely (without damage), especially the trophy / memento?
We have an efficient packaging team who packs the products in such a way that is should be able to bear all the mishandling during the transit and can reach safely to your hands.
Do you provide Tax Invoices?
We offer GST invoice to our customer and for business orders, please provide your GSTIN number while placing the order. Please note that invoices will be generated after order dispatch. If you require an estimate for bulk orders, please contact for a proforma invoice.
I am placing a re-order and the price seems to be higher than the previous time i ordered.
Our prices are subject to change based on current market trends, raw materials costs and logistics expenses. Nonetheless, we always strive to offer the most competitive prices in the market without compromising on quality.
