We always try to provide accurate product and pricing information. We confirm the price of product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error (like typographical errors) in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service ( or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your gadget’s (computer monitor, Mobile, etc.) display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person with in our business jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you.

You may not use the site for any of the following purpose

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Siliguri shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Return and Refund Policy

We do understand that you might have occasions where you need to return the product back to us. Our policy addresses various scenarios in which you may need to return the product. We make this policy as friendly as possible to you so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason if you need to return the product, this process will not be a big hassle for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.

We pleased to offer you a no questions asked “7 Day Return Policy”. Within 7 days of receiving the non customized product, for any reason, you would like to return the product; we will be accepting the return (except customized product because in which engraving, etching or screen printing is done as per your requirement). In that case a minimal amount will be charged to help us cover a small part of our actual delivery charge and reverse logistic costs. The exact amount will be conveyed to you by our agents, to minimize any troubles to you.

Above policy is applicable for non customized product only and if the product has not been used, product is returned in original packaging with price tags/stickers and there are no visible marks of usage or wear & tear. Please contact us before going ahead with return.

We will credit the refund in the same manner in which the original payment is made. We will process the refund within 7 working days after receive of the product.

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

We want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.

We ship your orders (non-customized) the same day or the next day depending on the time that you placed the order and the time you take give the confirmation. But in case of customized product we take 2-3 days for preparation after finalization of the design.

Delivery charge varies with product to product. We offer two types of delivery – standard / express as per your choice. Most of the products we deliver with standard mode of the shipment with Free Shipping.  For Corporate Gift, Trophies, Awards, Signage shipping charges are applicable.

Estimated delivery time may differs due to Product’s availability with us or the destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our warehouse or Courier partner may observe the holiday / Sunday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to confirm/accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

In case we receive a order cancellation notice from your end the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. You can cancel your order (non-customized product only) any time by informing us by e-mail or phone call before product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case if the personalization work is not done or product has not been shipped.

You can still cancel the order (non-customized product only) by contacting us after shipping. The shipping and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the amount that is paid by you.

You can cancel the order for all kind of products before the personalization. Only after personalization, the product in which Engraving, Etching, and Printing is done or for custom product order, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Privacy Policy

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.  If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate and not current or not in accordance with the Agreement, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate you and refuse to provide any service from our end.

We will protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are extremely committed to protect your privacy. We would like you to feel confident about us, use our services freely and recommend our services to your friends and family. We guarantee that we not disclose your personal information like name, address, contact number, e-mail address to third parties without your consent.
